This bag is a great value for many reasons. In addition to being fire and waterproof this bag also has a lock zipper and is insulated. The drawback here relates to size and practical use. It would seem that this bag better suited for transit purposes. If your intent is to save everything from birth certificates to college acceptance letter, then this may not be the bag for you.
